Incorrect Billing and Stupid explanation

I paid R400 on 23/08/2013..
im billed from 25-August to 24 October .. this is wrong... due to this the balance on my statement and on [URL Removed] is wrong..
Call customer care.. Let me be honest, Your consultants needs education on how to read statement... Only Jabulile tlhapane could understand incorrect billing. But again she spoke of Forwarding this issue to Billing department

Please note im still waiting for a Billing update since Monday the 26th.. today is 4th september...
one thing for sure. my account will be switched off on the 07 because of stupid consultants who dont have listening skills..

Solve this or simply close my account and give me my money back

And again. im tired of speaking to people who dont listen, as such i request FULL REFUND for the amount used to call Multichoice From monday 26th August till today...
How you will determine this is simple.. Take minutes spent on call times std rates...
