After weeks ( - 7 weeks) of frustration and cost to myself, phone calls, petrol, cost to get Ariel checked and my valuable time, multichoice agent Sphamandla finally agreed that my decoder was faulty and that it has to be repaired or replaced (i have decoder insurance that i pay every month) They had no stock and that i must leave my name and tell No and i will be informed when i can collect the replacement decoder, this was over a week ago i am still waiting. I think this is disgusting service to a client who has been a loyal subscriber for over 25 years.
I have missed all the programmes i have followed (series, sport, idols, movies etc) well you sure STOPPED THE MAGIC for me.
