My service wassuspended 04/03/13 & when I contacted DSTV, I was advised that my debit order was unpaid 25/03 due to insufficient funds. I got paid on the same date & ALL my other debit orders went through successful. I disputed the information with Multichoice & even sent my bank statement as proof that my salary was paid on the said date but they insist I'll have to pay R50 reconnection fee R20 pro rata for the days I have watched before my service were cut off. & I refuse to pay those fees as it was not my fault that someone didn't do their job at multichoice. Why would FNB refuse to release funds for Multichoice when I didn't give such instructions?
