I received this message TWICE this month.: "We really miss you For service reactivation, Please pay R625 today R50 reactivation fee. Press OK on your remote to access DStv Easy info and view all payment options... "
So first I check my bank statement and IT'S PAID UP TO DATE. I have R7000 odd available on that A/c.
OK. I drove to Multichoice and at least found a really helpful person there. Ratile. Compliments to her.
Shealso tells me my A/c. is paid up to date.
NB. If I don't pay or my A/c has insufficient funds, a) I must drive there. b) I must pay with R50 added. Fine.
Now I've made the same effort - driven there. But I don't owe anything. NOW WHO MUST PAY??
Multichoice is immoral. At the price we pay, at least there should (for one thing) be a pensioner's discount.
There are places where I get up to 65% discount for being a pensioner.
Come on, Multichoice. You're not the government.
I'm waiting for your response. (If I've failed to see that there is a pensioner's discount that I should apply for, then I apologize).
