False Advertising

I was completely misled today by the Blockbuster promo at the Florida Road branch in Durban. The promo states R15 for any latest releases however there are no terms and conditions stating that you can only hire one dvd at that price. I took 2 discs to the counter and was charged R44 instead of R30. When I queried the incorrect charge with the cashier Yolande she stated that I was only allowed to hire one dvd at R15 and thereafter the normal price of R29 applies for every other new release you hire. Last week she charged me R30 and when I asked her why it was different this week she stated that her boss Carol informed her that she was charging customers incorrectly. I asked for Carol's contact details and she refused to give it to me. I demanded my money back whilst I was still in the store and she told me they have a no refunds policy. How can I be denied my money back if I am standing right there and I have been misled by a leading movie rental business? This promo goes against the Consumer Protection Laws and I have every right as the consumer to demand my money back after being a victim of false advertising.
