No response from call Centre

Left hanging on the phone for over ten minutes after each call from my cell phone with no one to help concerning a problem we are having with our HD Decoder. I tried three times to speak to a consultant on the eve of the 5th March 2013 at the call centre from my cell phone and hung up each timer after 10 minutes - hate to know what the calls have cost me.
Maybe they should have a system where you can leave your phone number for them to call you back.
Service is not acceptable despite what they pride themselves as striving to provide service exellence.
