I called your call center today to reconnect my services after paying my account, I spoke o one of your consultants who put me on hold for and my phone was disconnected.

I tried calling back and waited over 15 min without getting through.

I called again and finally spoke to Monica, I gave her my ID, she wanted more info. I refused to give her since I wasted so much time and my phone bill on your lines.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold as well. This is pathetic for a company that like yours, your service levels s#ck - your support personnel has no idea what they are doing as well.

Perhaps you do not care just like all these other fat cats companies that take your money, when it's time to deliver, you all fail dismally.
