Last year i paid my subscription up for the year. The lady who took the payment told me I can activate my HD channels for free without activating the PVR functions. So i agreed to that, but it turns out that I was charged for the PVR functions for the year but it was never activated. Are you in the business of your clients? So payment was due on the 26th of this month, i made the payment via internet banking and was told my account wouldn't be suspended. My account got suspended on the 30th??? I phoned to reconnect it again and they started talking about a reconnection fee. What is wrong with you people? Anyway I paid R690 something on the 26th for the premium package and the PVR, But when it was reconnected on the 30th theydidn't activate the PVR functions even though I paid for it. Naturally I'm irritated so I call in this morning and was a little short with the girl on the phone. Not rude just irritated. Poor girl seemed to take it personally. You guys are really pathetic, we pay a lot of money for your disgraceful service and now I have to spend more money on 20 min phone calls to you to sort out my account. And 15 mins of that is just with your stupid voice recordings
