Nu Metro
The last straw

Good day; This letter is long overdue - this was the 3rd and LAST time that I will visit Nu Metro in Woodlands.

The attitude and service is extremely BAD!

it's not like we go there because it's a cheaper theater - we paid full price.

The ticket station (Or use to be ticket station) was left stranded and no person to tell us that we need to pay for our movie tickets at the Popcorn station. We waited and waited until one of the staff members eventually yelled "THIS SIDE"! WOW! Was shocked!

The popcorn we were sold tasted so old is was really inedible - not to say the disgusting salt & vinegar spices!

The previous time we were there we stood in a very long queue for the snacks - when we asked the manager to assist because the movies were about to start she just said - There's nothing I can do!

I visited that theater again because it's close to my home!

So disappointed!!!
