Multichoice mess, then my service suspended

At the end of February the amount of R2058.05 was decucted from my bank account by Multichoice, what a shocker! Since I had allowed for the normal R838.72 the amount was returned. It now seems as though I have to pay the incorrect amount of R2058.05 before the service will be re-connected. Please sort out your admin Multichoice.
