Multichoice use to debt my order with R652, 72. This morning I got a sms that they billed me R1736, 72. How on earth is that possible? Don't they need my permission to change a debit order? Multichoice just do as they please and give horrible customer service. Where and when do they think I will get the time to sort out their mess.
Service in this country has gone down the pipes.
Multichoice, fix this mess please. Not impressed.
