Multichoice wrongly debits account, never corrects

I stopped using my decoder around September 2012. It has been totally disconnected and is totally out of use. From that time, I received no accounts from Multichoice, righfully so.

However, from January 2014, Multichoice now decides to start debiting my account for insurance on the decoder as if its in use. It is not in use!!! I have communicated with them on the matter, however NO response is ever received. Multichoice has no right to debit my account when I am not using the decoder at all anymore. It is totally disconnected. Multichoice needs to stop their wrongful debiting of my account and reimburse me for the months of January and February 2014. They have no right to charge me. Refer to the emailed correspondence I have been sending to Multichoice and sort out this matter now. I am tired of being ripped off in South Africa.
