At this stage I think I have been patient enough. I have had absolutely no feedback on what is going on and have been without a phone for almost 2 months now.
If I do not receive any feedback and a solution that assists me the customer whom has been completely wronged within 24 hours I am lodging a complaint with the NCR and the Ombudsman.
