Cell C
Poor Service

I submitted a complaint to Cell C through Hellopeter. The responded by saying they will contact me. They have never given me any feedback since. I still dont have my phone delivered. I cannot keep calling them, they promised on their responce that they will give me feedback. They said the matter has been refered to a lady by the name of Mollet. She never gave me any feedback. This is a very bad customer service, they are taking advantage that I cannot cancell the contract at this stage cause I will probably loose a lot. Its now a month and I have not recieved my phone.
