I have now GIVEN UP COMPLETELY regarding the account on my name. I am now escalating the matter to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN to deal with as RCS is not coming back to me TO DATE after lodging a complaint on Hellopeter the 3/5/2013. All they do is respond on Hellopeter that it will be resolved to keep their name clear but nothing happens. I have spent alot of money phoning them but NOTHING HAPPENS. I have spoken to a guy called Craig last week asked him his surname which he refused to give to me all he said was I am the only Craig here in the departmentcome and I come back to you he NEVER DID. I do have a right to get your name and surname especially if you work for a BIG CORPORATE COMPANY. I have not heard from Lynn who was suppose to call me back for the past month. RCS I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO DATE. This has now been going on for over a month and I cannot apply for credit anywhere due to this SO YOU ARE MAKING MY LIFE A LIVING!!! I give you time until the end of business day today to give me proper feedback with a solution otherwise I will be completing to form and send it off to FINANCIAL OMBUDSM
