I contacted DSTV today with regards to why I must pay R680 this month when I have been paying R590 every other month. I was told by the customer care lady that due to me cancelling my debit order last month I must give back the R100 that they deducted off when I first started my debit order. This wasn't explained to me when I first applied for the debit order and no one explained to me that I must refund back the R100 if I had to cancel the debit order. The customer care lady said its on the website, then please tell why no one explain to me what the term and conditions are when first applying for a debit order. This is false advertising and need to be address to urgently. We as a consumer have rights. Please treat this as urgent as I'm ready to cancel my DSTV with you.
