Do NOT book your Golf clubs Fragile means nothing

DBN Golf tour disappointment.
I travelled with Kulula from Lanseria to DBN -Thu, Sep 26 11:20 AM 12:30 PM 505 HLA to DUR, wrapped my Golf bag and clubs at the airport covering it with Fragile stickers only to receive my bag @ King Shaka with the plastic ripped on places, the bottom of my Golf bag been mutilated and my 3 Wood been totally broken off near the club head. Not a great start to our Golfing weekend. My Mate arrived a few hours later from O.R.Tambo also on a Kulula flight and found that his Driver's head was broken off. Two different flights on the same airline and there is absolutely no respect for other people's belongings. I logged a complaint and kulula said that they will repair the bag but they will not cover the cost of my golf club because it was inside the Golf bag. Really?
The other 6friends arrived on other airlines with no damage to their Golf Clubs. In conclusion; DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH KULULA'S FRAGILE CARE BAGGAGE, Fragile means nothing to their employees and Kulula does not care.
