For about 2 weeks we have had 4 movies available on the box office. Stupidly i decide to call to get help. Henry tells me to check signal on Tuner 2 and 3. I check and it is full. I call again and Moosa tells me i must have on Tuner 4 i check and i do have. i call again last night and a lady helps me. She says I need on all 4 tuners. Tuner 1 however doesnt have. So in her wisdom she decides to "RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS" and guess what. now i have NOTHING. I cant even watch TV when i could before. Then the story goes something about that the decoder remembers its original settings when installed and there was obviously no signal then thats why it doesnt have now. The strangest thing is that if there was no signal in the beginning how did i watch TV for 3 years and record things. Now I have to call out a technician and I have to pay. usual story with DSTV there is always a problem and there answer to everything call out a technician. Multichoice should pay for these technicians and then they wouldnt be so flippent about problems. Dont bother to call sure there is nothing you can do and you will probably be rude again like last time I posted on here
