Multichoice consultant yells at custome

Good day.
I am very upset. I went into multichoice. I asked the lady named Leane if she could assist me. She had a rude attitude saying what's your problem. I asked her why my dstv was off, cause the money was available for debit order. She then replied yelling at me, telling me its none of Her bussines why my dstv is off, she was so rude to me I felt like leaving the dstv and pay it somewere else. I then asked her not to yell at me as I just want to know what happend. I have never met someone as rude as Leane. I never had any problems with Dstv consultants, but this lady will surely chase away clients.
