I pay for half a Package

I have had DSTV installed. i had full package, and was having problems getting all channels. dropped to Compact, still same problem.
DSTV advised me to get a technician to check DIsh, i did this and paid from my pocket. still unable to get all channels. DSTV told me to buy new decoder, did this and still same problem. DSTV told me to come to customer center, did this and still same problem. have contacted DSTV complaints dep, and they still giving me options where i have to spend my money. i am paying monthly for subscription. they cannot resolve a small issue as this! i even gave them a chance, but all their solution involve me paying from my pocket. If I pay for their errors, i will not get a discount. I have been paying for a compact package and am only able to watch 4 channels. I have given them chances to rectify, but nobody seems to be able to read my emails or understand me on the phone. Have really had it with them now... SEE YOU IN COURT DSTV!!!
