DSTV - EISH???

I tried to hire a film from box office to discover that I have a bad record with DSTV. I phoned the call center and they confirmed it that I own them R0.92 (Ninety Two cents) and therefore I have a bad record. I asked how I can rectify it. I could pay it when I pay my monthly subscription at the Barber ton branch. At the branch they informed me they do not take cash and I must pay at the Pick and Pay. I tried at the Pick and Pay, the transaction was rejected because the minimum amount of a transaction is R 20.00. It cost me R 40.00 for petrol and the issue is still not resolved. So, I am going to have a bad record with DSTV for the rest of my life because of their stupid systems
