Bad service from DSTV

For the past two weeks there has been a problem with the recording of series on DSTV on demand. Two weeks ago all on Tuesday nights series did not record. Last week all of Monday nights series did not record. On DSTV blockbuster there are only 3 movies that can be viewed when there are usually 10. Last night they advertised breaking dawn part 2 to show on MNET premier and then they show something else. DSTV does not come cheap and they are very fast to increase their tarifs. I don't mind paying the fee but then I want my moneys worth. Something needs to be done. I thought that it was my decoder but have since found out that a few people have the same issue. Your fast response will be appreciated or just common courtesy and apologize for the inconvenience
