Hi dstv I am extremely unhappy with your services. I phoned dstv call centre the 0112892222 at 14:48 spoke to the lady asked her my account number because I am at pick and pay and want to pay. She gave me the number 14456520 and I asked her how much I should pay. She gave me the amount wait in a que at pick and pay give the numper to pick and pay. Then they say incorrect then she try maybe 3 times then she asked for Id then I give her my ID number then she try that and can come right then go to another till because I know I wrote right then they say they are ofline. Then I drive to checkers que again then they enter it again then ask again for ID then they can not come right. Then they phone dstv twice and tell me now I have to go to ABSA and pay the money in DSTV account. My contact number is 0815862076
