DSTV PVR simply not worth "so much more"

I have repeatedly wasted hundreds of rands of airtime calling DSTV because their PVR couldn't record important programs i had set and the movies were not loading on their Box Office. I have been very patient with them up until yesterday when I called the call center and the agent had the nerve to tell me that if I do not hire a movie "I don't get billed so I shouldn't worry much" Why did I buy the product if I cant watch any movies?
The PVR simply does not offer so much more but all it offers is stress over the phone trying to sort out what should be standard service.
Highly irritated with DSTV.
