Very Frustrated!

There was something wrong with my decoder, so I took it in for repairs at our local agent. So we decided in the mean time to buy a PVR. So, a while later our old decoder was ready to collect, and thats where our first problem started. They lost my smart card. With a long struggle, they replaced it. I told the agent that I didn't want that decoder activated and that we will only use the Pvr decoder for now. At the end of that month I got a huge statement and I immediately phoned multichoice call centre where upon they informed me the other decoder was now also activated! I only have one television! I explained them the situation and he said he wil reverse it at all will be ok. It was untill end of next month. Each time I pay what I have to, but they still disconnect me because of the other amount outstanding. This has been going on from end of October until I decided not to reconnect because of all the phone bills for calling in each time and explaining the situation. I went back to our agent, and she doesn't want to help, and she has a bad attitude because it was her mistake. Now I want to reconnect my services but I don't know what to do because it still shows we are outstanding.
