I was out of the country for a week and came back yesterday. Upon my arrival i made an EFT for my dstv bill and sent a proof of payment. When i get home my services has been suspended, i call their lousy call centre and no call is going through. I access self service on the Internet and guess what, the thing is not working as well, citing res failed!! I called them again and a voice prompt instructs me to resend my payment notification to [Email Removed] i log on the net again, and do that more than 4 times and no so called agent calls me. I tried calling again and finally got through after 10 minutes of holding the line. I spoke to a Bongani who took my ID number and claimed to have check my account, guess what, the hung up the phone and R45 worth of my airtime was chowed and i could not get through again.

I am extremely irate with a nonsense you call a service. You agent had my details but did not have the audacity to call me back nor clear my services??

You run your business like a tuck shop and do not give a about your customers.

I am utterly disgraced to have been in business with you.
