DSTV Multichoice is such a waste, yet again they have suspended my acct though it has been paid every month. They claim I have been using dual view but not paying for it, what a joke that is not funny!!! I haven't used dual view in years yet they claim I requested for it to be reconnected. They told me last month beginning of last month already that they will have to retrieve a call which is supposedly I requested this reconnection of. I told them to retrieve every call I made to them and give me proof that I requested this, they can even send their PI to my house to check if I have used the dual view. But up until today they haven't come back with feedback and my connection is still suspended. Every email I sent to them comes back with the reply that they are still retrieving the call, where the are they retrieving it from, the space??? They are such a #$%^&^%, and their service is a &*%#%^%((. I want to cancel this account as its no use to me, the is a lot of digital service out there to choose from, I am so g*&^($%#$## with multichoice and their bad service. Its even a waste of money paying for this stupid thing as they always broadcast outdated stuff
