On 29/01/13 I went to Multichoice paid my account and requested my service to be suspended as I did not have a TV at that time. I was advised that I did not have to pay if I'm suspending the service but decided to anyway. I bought a TV on 22/02/13, called DSTv for reconnection but wa told that my service was never suspended and I have an amount due to pay. I explained the situation and was told that the system showed that service was suspended and reconnected on the same day. I was told to addres the issue with the branch. I went there on 23/03 and Lizzy remembered helping and the reason for my request. They suspected that the cashier might have.reconnected it by mistake when I paid, which might xplain why I was asked to pay R285 when the amount due was R235. I asked for the mistake to be rectified as I will not pay for a service I did not use. I asked, again, for service to be suspended bcoz decoder was faulty now. Lizzie said she'll notify about my acc and get back to me on 25-26/02 but haven't heard anything from her. My service is still suspended bcoz dcodr is faulty but according to their Accounts I still have a balance to pay. Wanna reconnection but can't until this is sorted
