So I spent most of my afternoon trying to sort out why my services are suspended but to no avail as usual then I sent them an email with my proof of payment but my services are still suspended!! Last month we downgraded from Premium to Compact but were billed for Premium last month and now we have a message telling us to pay R399 and a re-connection fee but we have already paid R355 for the Compact bouquet (R280) and PVR settings (R75). I don't get why every month we have to go through this mess of trying to get our services back on even though we always pay on time, its so frustrating. I just want my dstv back on as I have paid my account!!!
