So its been 4 days now and yet my account keeps saying suspended after full payment. I am finding it highly frustrating that I have to call the call centre every day asking them to reconnect my dstv and then no one can tell me why my account keeps going off. I have wasted countless time and money to get this issue sorted and yet it happens over and over and once again this morning. Its so frustrating wasting 15-20 minutes on a call everyday to the same place to tell them the same story to fix the same problem. I have called 4 times and refuse to call anymore. Payment was made the 20th of January 2014 and from the 2nd of February I have watched about 1 hour of tv due to account being suspended. Find it ridiculous that I pay for a service and do not get what I pay for.
