BAD Service just stays with DSTV!!!

Keep getting bad service from DSTV!!! I had been a customer with DSTV for the last 8 years and nothing is getting better. I believe that they are short staff and not willing to employ more people in the call centre. Every 2nd week I am getting a E76 error and need to call them to send a signal to te PVR to correct the error. The website on self service is not helping at all. It has been costing me to pay my subscription as well as my calls to DSTV, I am not joking, but you hold on for a minimum of 25 minutes before you get assistance from the call centre and then another 20 minutes to sort out the problem. The agents at the call centre is also unable to call you back as they are not allowed to make any outgoing calls, but every month they remind you to pay your DSTV account on time. I mean, they are getting more subscriptions monthly/yearly, but they are not considering in employing more staff it seems. Management needs to resolve this matter to keep their customers happy!! Internet (Online) is the way going forward.
