MONTECASINO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS DISABLEDCLIENTS

Ever since Montecasino opened its doors they have had a total lack of respect for their disabled clients. My wife is in a wheelchair & we have tp park in a disabled parking bay. I have no problem with them about the number of bays available. However, they have NEVER had the courtesy to protect these parking bays from use by the general public (who are seriously disgusting when they use these bays illegally!!!). I have complained to management at various levels about this problem & have had many confrontations with who park in the bays illegally.
Management, from the beginning, have given nothing but hollow promises about attending to this problem.
This is a major insult to all their disabled clients! Maybe they need to get a bank loan in order to pay for the piddling amount that is required to solve it!! They also need to publicly apologize to their disabled clients & castigate those ill-mannered boors who have no respect for anyone, least of all themselves. Perhaps the powers that be will read this complaint & feel seriously embarrassed enough to attend to the frustration of their disabled clients. They are happy enough to take their money, after all???
