In November 2013 i received a sms from Top Tv stating Congratulations your account has been credited with r269. I immediately called the call centre and spoke to Lerato who told me it is a system error they were thankIng me for payment. I then told her if TopTV wanted to thank me for payment they should have said Thank you and NOT congratulations. i asked her wat is my balance on acount and she confirmed that I have a credit of r 308. 79. On the 15 November I received my staTement from StarSat confirming what Leratoe said I have a credit of r308.79.On the 20 November 2013 I made my monthly payment, knowing I still had a credit of R308, 79 because TopTv gave me a credit of R269. I decided to skip the payment for december as i was in a credit according to the staement. Today i decided to call starsat after my niece toptv was cut. I spoke to Kerabe who tells me my account will be suspended as i didnt pay. I told her i have a statement from toptv showing i have a credit so why are they suspending. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AS MY STATEMENT SHOWED A CREDIT ON THE 15 NOVEMBER 2014, I PAID R269 ON THE 20 NOVEMBER 2014 NOW THEY SAY I HAVE A CREDIT OF R1 WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CREDIT OF R 308
