Cell Phone off despite payments

We paid the bill on 23 December 2013 via a bank transfer. We made the fault by using an incorrect reference number. But that is a simple and very basic accounting correction that should be quick to correct except maybe for Vodacom. On 30 December 2013 our phones were disconnected. We then discovered that the reference number is incorrect. Proof of payment was sent to a person called Stella at contact number 011 546 8666 on 3 January 2014. She gave us the correct reference number. This person promised to correct the account. On 9 January 2014 we done a follow up with the person called Stella and the account was still not resolved.
Then the expensive Vodacom circle of abuse started due to pure incompetence to correct a simple fault.
On 15 January 2014 our phones were disconnected yet again. Despite several attempts the phone is still off. Pathetic service at his worst. We will not renew this contract for sure.
