I have been calling dstv since November to downgrade me from Compact to Family package, and all I hear is stories that I called to enquire about family package but I called requesting to be downgraded not to enquire, I called again in December and the lady I spoke to said I should pay R144 I am downgraded to Family I paid that R144 and I was connected and I even asked for a debit order for January for R175 family package. When January comes I removed all my money and leave R200 for them to deduct only to find out they were deducting R409.when I called the lady said it was a system problem I should pay R175 as agreed. Again when I call on the 30-Jan I was told I am owing R380 because my account is in arrears and I was watching compact no one downgraded me.poor service at multichoice and very rude stuff and not helpful at all. Very disappointed and I don't think there would do this if there was another service provider to compete with them they take us for granted. I was told to pay this R380 which I don't understand what is it for or else I wont be connected.
