CONTRACT BREACHED, BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY

I need to share this with everyone, how we consumers are being ripped off by major corporates in SA.
I recently downgraded my mulitichoice package to DSTV select 1, with my Zee TV still active. My family was really upset with what channels were available so I hence increase it to the compact package. This suited us fine (cost and content), but my Zee TV was disconnected for no apparent reason after the upgrade.

I have called the call center on the 24/04, 26/04 and 29/04 to please reinstate my zee tv, as this was never disconnected in the first place. The agents keep saying they have escalated it and someone will call me... It has been almost a week and no one has called me. The ZEE TV is still active on my account so I am being billed, but I cannot watch as they disconnected me.

How is that for rip off... being billed but no service... I now will have no choice but to cancel my entire subscription and migrate to the new Top TV provider... after all they are half the price with just as much content and still growing...

DSTV we have support u over the years and is this the payback to loyal supporters... rip them off anyway you can...
