Problems with the below mentioned channels

I have now spoken to 2 of your supervisors and the one I was busy talking to for 8 minutes and then he cut me off. I then spoke to another Sup a lady she claims that the signal strength is as per the letter below. She told me to get an installer to check my sat dish. I am prepared to get an installer however if the problem still continues multi-choice must pay me the money which I paid the installer. If you can't authorize this I will find out where the Office of the MD is and as I am on pension I will wait for him until I can talk to him.
For the last say 20 years I have never experienced the same problem. I had a major problem a year ago when a storm was brewing I would lose signal completely. The signal quality was between 65% - 70%, the quality has improved to 85% since then the storm does not affect it as much. The problem which I am now experiencing has never occurred during the last 30 years.
Surely an old customer deserves to be treated better than this.
