SIGNAL LOSS SINCE DISHSAT CAME AND SERVICED MY INS

I had a HD PVR installed last week but not by Dishsat! I was very happy with the quality of the picture and signal quality except for the wires and position of dish as the installer did not move the dish! So i phoned Dishsat Electronics to come and do the wiring properly and maybe move the dish! I was not at home and the person living with me said to me that they told its not possible to move the dish due to trees, i understood that! but they said due to the long LNB wires I wont get very good signal quality! Before Dishsat came to do the possible rewiring or servicing the installation I had good signal quality such as 80% but since they been there I have been getting signal problems and sometimes snowy picture! And my signal quality went from 80% to 60% and sometimes 48%!!! I have never experienced such bad service from an installer such as Dishsat! I mean for a company that promises clients a good service and happy customers this was very bad! The technicians just said its not possible to move the dish due to trees but there is lot of ways to place the dish not facing the trees! they said signal loss is due to long LNB wires but now i must sit with BAD PICTURE on a full HD tv
