I am very upset and disappointed. I purchased the dstv with installation on Monday 11/11/2013. The installer came out and installed, everything worked well until the next day. i called the call centre on Tuesday because we had 0%. On Wednesday I called the guy who installed, under advise from the call centre, he came back and reinstalled... moved the dish to another point about 3m from where he originally installed. It worked well up till this morning where once again there is no signal. I do not know why this is happening, perhaps it is inferior quality. What I do not understand is why does it works perfectly and all of a sudden it does not work? I am very very upset!! not even 1 week and I have had problems twice... if this continues in this way i may have problems every week for the following years to come!! I am disgusted to say the least!!! I have no problem in paying for something that works!! DSTV wont pay the installers Call out fee so I will be stuck with the bill? maybe I should call another installer... but then I am stuck with the bill. I feel this is grossly unfair!! solution plz Multichoice or is it more important to expand into africa and have their "nonsense channels?
