Pathetic Service from Starsat

I have been having endless problems with signal reception from October last year. I was given the number for Hosanna Satelite, an approved installer with Starsat. He advisedme that i will have to replace my dish and lnb cable. I agreed and paid the installer R999. This however thisdidn't solve the problem and contacted Starsat several times but they couldnt get the problem resolved and suggested that i call the installer again. I did call him and he said that my dish needs to be realigned and he charged me R200 for doing this. The problem is still not sorted out and the installer doesn't take my calls and starsat is not assisting me in getting this problem resolved. i have made several calls to statsat and to the installer but still getting no response to date.
