BAD service on extra view from DSTV

Good afternoon,

Please be advised that i have called DSTV on more than one occasion. Every 6 months or so my extra view starts giving me problems and refuses to work. This happens with out fail more than once a year. It happens so frequently that i even know what pin to put in and what the possible resolves are that are done to correct the issue. My extra view has not worked for about 3 weeks now. I was advised that i need to get a technician out at my own expense. my heart beat is working perfectly. it is sending the signal there for there is nothing wrong with my setup.

All i want is for someone competent at dstv to sort out my issues and to resolve what ever the problem is as i am paying for a service i do not have access to at the moment.

every time i call into DSTV i wait on the call for 30mins plus before i am assisted. what does this not cost me each time?
