Ster-Kinekor
UNTRAINED AND UNINTERESTED STAFF

Today, two friends and I went to Ster Kinekor at the Mall @ Carnival to watch a movie. Because the POSTER for the movie was not displayed, we believed that the movie was not showing. I had checked, so we bought our tickets at the popcorn counter as the ticket office was not open. We met up with 3 other ladies from Springs who told us that they were going home as there was no movie worthwhile viewing. They asked us what we were going to see. They said that the movie "Guilt Trip" was not advertised (on the display boards). When we wanted to go into Cinema 2, the display board at the door, showed a movie about "Oz" as the staff hadn't bothered to change it. When the movie started, the character's heads were cut off because the 'format' or size was wrong. How much more pathetic and incompetent can the staff be. And when you point out their faults, they laugh, because they have the jobs but don't have to provide a decent service.
