Inappropriate movie on the family movies channel

Yesterday 10/1/2012 19:30 the movie Tadpole showed on family movies, how can a movie about a young boy who has relations with his step mother's best friend be a family movie and be shown at that time frame the age restriction was 16 and all of it on a channel meant for family viewing? it is so wrong on so many levels!
