Nobody seems to be able to resolve my query!!

I "hired" a movie via my PC on DSTV Box Office, the first one everything went fine, I downloaded the movie and watched it. The second one, whilst downloading, I had to cancel the download (I did not pause I cancelled it) and when I went back later that day to restart the download I could not do it. I got in touch via their live chat and was assured that the problem would be resolved, but I received no feedback. I tried again and got an email to say it was being looked into. I was then asked for my smartcard number and I explained that I do not have PVR so my smartcard is irrelevant, I hired the movie via DSTV box office on my PC, not my decoder. I was then given a number to call, which I did and was told that the number I had been given was for PVR Box Office queries. I have emailed numerous times, I have been asked more than once for my smartcard number for a PVR query even though I have very clearly told them I DO NOT have a PVR. I offered to give them proof of my two payments, but all they say is they are investigating. This has been going on for over a month now. It is only R30, but that is not the point, I have not downloaded or watched the second movie I paid for!
