Since signing up with Multichoice 4 years ago my husband & I have had to make countless trips to the Multichoice centre in Umhlanga, some on consecutive days & usually involving a decoder swap.

I had to make the trip again this morning, after calling out a technician numerous times over the last few days & again this morning I had to swap my extra view decoder. The technician at the customer centre assured me he had fixed our HD decoder. I came home, plugged in my decoder & all was well for roughly 2 minutes. The HD decoder Had not been fixed so I called the customer call centre. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with the first agent only to be cut off. I called back & tried to explain to the 2nd agent what had happened thus far only to be rudely ticked off for interrupting her while she was trying to help me, and without warning transferred to a different agent So I had to explain the whole story for a 4th time today only to be told that I need to take both decodes in so they can do a swap. I called back to lay a complaint only to be cut off. Again!

How many times to do I have to go to the customer centre or call the very unhelpful call centre before this will be fixed!?
