Last week I have reported the 1st incident that has been taking place since 2 December 2013. So last week friday someone named Sipho Sangweni from Star Sat contacted me & he assured me that this Monday I would get my decoder or by Tuesday latest. Its now Friday. No one even bothered to contact me to let me know what is the delay & I have been waiting from December for it. Customer Service is pathetic & it looks like I have to be running after them constantly & the problem is still not fixed, because all the airtime I spent since 2 December 2013 calling Star Sat & CTV, I probably could've even installed a whole new dish and decoder with all that airtime wasted for them to fix the problem. I have been patient over a month, now I find this to be quite ridiculous!!! If you cannot give the customer the service you say you will, don't promise them something at a certain time when you know you can't deliver on time or keep up to your word.

Disappointed.
