BAD SERVICE!

I am a subscriber for the full package of R695.00 per month. Most of my main movie channels are fuzzy. I've tried phoning the call center after hours from my mobile phone. I hold on for 10 minutes and more with no one answering the phones. It cost a fortune to hold on calling from a mobile number.

I would appreciate someone to get in touch with me to sort out this problem as it appears to be getting worse.
My question to Multichoice is where is the promised service? We the consumer are paying their salaries and other bills. We expect a good service in return.
