I had enough of the bad service and promises to call me back, from Starsat. Been in the dark since December'13.
Their call centre staff are so unprofessional, not to mention I'm paying for a service and not getting what I paid for. Everyone mail me your complaints to [Email Removed] because I'm taking them to the Consumer Commission and will use your complaints and references as back up.
