Suspension of My subscription

DSTV - Multichoice:- Thanks for chasing me away. Ref No:1137448375621 (PF Moagi) I'm now using OVHD. my subscription has been suspended due to April 2013 payment which was paid. "According to them the money was reversed back to my account". they only realised it now, in december 2013. I never had an outstanding amount on my account. The january 2014 payment has already been made but my service has been suspended. I don't have an American express card accused of using. They got their vending machines at Randburg and I paid there at their Head office. I won't use or view any Multichoice program. Not again. Bad customer service, no respect, I drove to Randburg today.
