I have a Multichoice subscription 4253040776. In 2011/03 I informed Multichoice that my debit order is not deducting from my account. On three occasions the call centre staff confirmed that my subscription is paid and I don't need to worry. All these calls were recorded. In June 2013 I receive a bill of R27 000.00. I personally went to Multichoice and spoke to Mrs. Yvonne Pretorius, Marius and Magda. I might have the last name wrong. In this meeting we agreed on a recon of the account and I also wanted to know how it happened that a subscription service is not been paid for two years before cutting the service. I only received a recon and no further correspondence from Multichoice. I then e-mailed Mrs. Pretorius 3 times without any success. I tried to call without any success. In July the service was suspended up till now. On Thursday 11/2013 I visited the Multichoice office again. Mrs. Pretorius spoke to me and I made myself very clear that she and Multichoice didn't deliver or even responded to my inquiries. A promise was made that she will respond to my query and that she will call me the same day. Not even this promise was kept as until today 16/07/2013 no response from her.
